SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga, Philippines – Five towns in this province and another three in Bataan will experience power interruption today, National Grid Corp. of the Philippines (NGCP) said.
The towns of Orion, Morong and Bagac, all in Bataan, will have no power from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. due to the replacement of insulators, said Ernest Lorenz Vidal, NGCP public affairs officer.
In Pampanga, certain areas in Mexico, Arayat, Candaba, San Luis and Sta. Ana towns will suffer power outage from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
“The outage is due to preventive maintenance work at Plaza Luman, Arayat. Power will immediately resume after work completion,” Vidal said.
Meanwhile, certain areas in Albay will also experience power outage today due to replacement of transformer insulators in Tabaco and Malinao.
