MANILA, Philippines - Two men died while two others were wounded after their car collided with a trailer truck in Mariveles, Bataan yesterday morning.
Rayland Macapulay and Jerry Orilla were declared dead on arrival at the Maheseco Hospital, said Senior Superintendent Flynn Dongbo, Bataan police director.
Dongbo said the victims’ companions, Rachel Samong, and Richard Penaflor, were taken to the same hospital for treatment.
Investigation showed the truck driven by Domingo Danozo was traveling along the highway in Barangay Alas Asin when it collided with the victims’ car at around 6 a.m.
Danozo was taken to the police station for questioning.
