MANILA, Philippines - An intertropical convergence zone will bring rains over Palawan and Mindanao, the state-run weather agency said Saturday.
"Palawan and Mindanao will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms," the Philippinbe Atmospheric, Geophysical & Astronomical Services Administration said.
Meanwhile, coastal waters in Luzon will be moderate to rough. For the rest of the country, light to moderate winds blowing from the south to southwest will prevail over the rest of the country with slight to moderate seas.
