MANILA, Philippines - The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has suspended the licenses of the two drivers involved in last Sunday’s accident in Malvar, Batangas that left several passengers hurt.
The license of Jam Liner bus driver Macario Mendoza Malabanan was immediately suspended after the mishap and is now is the process of revocation, the LTO said.
It said Malabanan had 17 past violations, the latest for reckless driving on May 27, 2013.
DLTB bus driver Emmanuel Adaya Parada had five past apprehensions, with one for reckless driving on March 1, 2013.
