MANILA, Philippines - A Korean musician died after jumping off the 24th floor of a building in Mandaluyong City, early Thursday.
Police said Jaek Young Han, 35, jumped from the GTA Towers near the southbound station of the Metro Rail Transit's Boni station along EDSA.
Han hit the electric cables, causing a power outage in the building, before crashing on the ground.
Quoting the victims girlfriend, police said Han was depressed as he has been jobless for three years.
Police were still investigating the incident as probers have yet to rule out foul play.
