BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines – The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) will resume today its investigation of a road accident involving one of the buses of GV Florida Transport Inc. in Bontoc, Mt. Province last month.
However, instead of today’s scheduled ocular inspection at the crash site, the LTFRB opted to conduct the hearing at its central office in Quezon City, according to Rey Luis, spokesman for the GV Florida for Cordillera.
The LTFRB earlier reset the onsite investigation plan from Feb. 28 to March 4, due to a standoff between the city government of Manila and the truckers over the daytime truck ban.
