LAGUNA , Philippines – Police rounded up at least 12 people, including two minors, in raids on suspected shabu dens in Barangay Canlalay, Biñan City this province on Saturday morning.
Illegal drugs are sold openly in Canlalay, a police intelligence officer said.
The two minors, both 16, have been turned over to social workers. The 10 others were found to have previous drug cases and are on the watch list of suspected drug pushers.
