TUGUEGARAO CITY , Philippines – Authorities are tracking down three armed men who kidnapped a businesswoman in San Mateo town in Isabela at dawn yesterday.
Catherine Gomez was driving home in Barangay Dos when the men blocked and commandeered her Toyota Innova, according to Chief Inspector Perfecto Mallillin, head of the town police.
Witnesses said the kidnappers fled toward the nearby village of Villa Magat, where they abandoned the vehicle.
