MALOLOS CITY , Philippines – It will be a special non-working holiday in Bulacan today as the province celebrates the 163rd birthday of the great propagandist Marcelo H. del Pilar.
The celebration will be led by Gov. Wilhelmino Alvarado and Sen. Teofisto Guingona III as guest speaker.
Alvarado said at least 5,000 Bulakenyos are expected to gather at the Gat Marcelo H. del Pilar National Shrine in Barangay San Nicolas, Bulacan town.
