TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines – A 10-year-old boy drowned and his companion was reported missing after they were carried away by the strong current when they went swimming in Cagayan River on Friday.
The body of Darlon Paguigan, a Grade 4 pupil, has been recovered.
Authorities are still searching for Rene Malana, 10.
