MANILA, Philippines - A woman plunged to her death in Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Tuesday morning.
Police said that the woman jumped from the roof deck of the 27-floor Prestige Tower along Garnet Road, Barangay San Antonio at around 9:25 a.m.
Crime scene investigators told reporters that the woman was decapitated after it was crashed from the fall.
Parts of her body were also torn apart after the fall, a radio report said.
Employees of Prestige Tower told police that they tried to convince the woman against jumping from the roof deck, but to no avail.
Police have yet to identify the woman and the reason behind the suicide.
