MANILA, Philippines - The body of the owner of a beach resort was found floating off Boracay, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) reported yesterday.
PCG spokesman Cmdr. Armand Balilo said Patrick Tirol, who reportedly drowned, was the owner of the Tirol Beach Resort in Boracay Island.
Initial reports said Tirol was last seen jogging, then swimming after drinking beer.
