MANILA, Philippines - Two policemen and a municipal employee died while another was injured after their car fell off a cliff in Dalaguete, Cebu on Thursday morning.
The fatalities were identified as SP01 Gino Ursunal, P03 Christopher Requina and municipal employee Frederick Carauna, who served as driver of the patrol jeep. P03 Allan Sanoy survived the accident.

Sanoy told Barsigo that they were chatting at each other when they suddenly felt the jeep lost track and was falling on the cliff. “His (Sanoy) instinct was to jump out of the vehicle, an act that saved him.”
Barsigo said they are checking the possible cause of the accident, which could either be mechanical or driver’s error.
