MANILA, Philippines - An explosion rocked the rooftop of a branch of the Rizal Commercial Banking Corp. (RCBC) in Masbate Saturday, police said.
Nobody was hurt in the blast but the rooftop of the bank was slightly damaged, police added.
Reports reaching Camp Crame showed that an unidentified customer of the nearby Sampaguita restaurant dropped a bag containing an improvised explosive at the roof of the bank at around 10:10 p.m. Saturday.
Minutes later, an explosion rang out.
Police were still investigating the incident.
