ROSALES, Pangasinan, Philippines – A modern P24-million skills training center, touted as the best in the region, will be inaugurated today in Barangay Carmay here.
The center will allow residents of eastern Pangasinan and nearby provinces to have easier access to the services offered by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).
Former Pangasinan sixth district congressman Conrado Estrella III funded the center through his Countrywide Development Fund.
