MANILA, Philippines - The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) is optimistic that it will be able to achieve its target of fully implementing its computerized land titling program by next year.
DENR Secretary Ramon Paje gave the public assurance of improved land titling service with the agency’s ongoing computerization program for land records.
