‘Demolition job’ vs CDC president

CLARK FREEPORT – A “demolition job” has been ongoing which was designed to discredit the performance of Clark Development Corp. (CDC ) president Liberato Laus.

The alleged reports said that the CDC has entered into questionable contracts, particularly with some Korean investors.

However, Laus said that all contracts entered into by CDC with foreign and local locators inside the freeport were “above board” and approved by the directors of the corporation.

Recently, Rep. Carmelo Lazatin (lst district, Pampanga) said that he would initiate a congressional inquiry of what he described as “questionable contracts” which CDC has entered into under the administration of Laus.  Ric Sapnu
