CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna – Three persons died and two others were injured when a passenger bus and an Asian utility vehicle-type jeep collided along the national highway in Tagkawayan, Quezon last Monday afternoon, police said.
Inspector Geminiano Danez, Tagkawayan police chief, identified the fatalities as jeep driver Erwin Ramos, 27; Erlinda Realino, 54; and Ricardo Decena, 52, all residents of Taytay, Rizal.
Danez said Ramos and Realino died on the spot, while Decena passed away while being treated at the Tagkawayan Memorial Hospital.
