Chief Inspector Cristopher Abrahano, PDEA provincial director, said former Mangatarem town mayor Jessie Punzal, 47, was collared after selling two grams of shabu to one of his men.
Abrahano said Punzal had been under their watchlist. Punzal’s elder brother, Abe, tagged as top drug personality in Pangasinan and Region 1, is now detained at the provincial jail. — Eva Visperas
