The VIP was "Chief Superintendent" Jeremy Raquel, a 16-year-old high school student of the University of the Assumption in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga, who was chosen to be this years youth regional director of the Central Luzon police command as part of the Philippine National Polices 13th anniversary celebration.
During his "command briefing" here yesterday, Raquel said law enforcers should work with the community to achieve a common goal peace and progress.
