Tiu was kidnapped by seven armed men in front their house at Ilang Ilang St., La Unica Hija, Barangay Mayamot at 4:45 p.m. Saturday. One of the suspects approached caretaker Leo Tuanti, 44, and asked him of Tiu’s whereabouts.
