MANILA, Philippines – Police arrested a couple for allegedly peddling shabu in Manila Thursday night.
Ryan Andalie, 27, and Elaine Dalisay, 21, offered shabu to Police Officer 2 Jocelyn Samson while she was walking at the corner of Zobel and Tejeron streets in Sta. Mesa at 10 p.m.
The couple yielded five sachets of shabu.
