MANILA, Philippines - A man died when a tractor head rear-ended the motorcycle he was driving along Road 10 in Tondo, Manila before dawn yesterday.
Marjune Arro, 33, died of head injuries while undergoing treatment at the Jose Reyes Memorial Medical Center.
Truck driver Marlon de Guzman, 40, was arrested and is in the custody of the Manila Police District’s traffic enforcement unit.
