MANILA, Philippines - The parents of slain car racer Enzo Pastor want his widow, accused of masterminding their son’s murder, to be extradited back to the Philippines if reports that she flew out of Manila are proven true.
We will ask for “extradition. We will not stop,” Tomas Pastor told The STAR in a chance interview at Lyceum University in Manila.
The Pastors said they would go after Dahlia Guerrero-Pastor until justice is served.
“He’s our son. We want justice to be served, fully. If she needs to defend herself then let it be,” said Remy, adding she believes Dahlia is still in the Philippines.
Last week, the Department of Justice released its order indicting Dahlia for parricide, while her co-accused Sandy de Guzman was charged with murder. Both remain at large.
Enzo was ambushed in Quezon City last year. He was on his way to Pampanga when shot to death, allegedly, by a former Pasay City policeman, Edgar Angel.
Angel, who is currently detained in Quezon City jail, admitted to killing Pastor but later recanted.
According to Angel, De Guzman hired him to kill Pastor “for beating up a woman.”
Dahlia allegedly gave him Enzo’s exact location, while De Guzman took care of all the means needed to execute the plan.
