MANILA, Philippines - The temperature in Metro Manila fell to its coldest yesterday at 18 degrees Celsius, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.
The lowest temperature was registered at the PAGASA’s station in Agham Road, Quezon City at 6:45 a.m.
This was the coldest temperature recorded so far in the capital since the northeast monsoon or amihan season started last October.
The agency said Filipinos will continue to experience cold mornings in the next few weeks due to the northeast monsoon.
