MANILA, Philippines - A cell phone technician in Manila has allegedly turned his 14-year-old niece into a sex slave.
The 35-year-old suspect was arrested by barangay officials Sunday night and turned over to the Manila Police District (MPD).
The man got the victim pregnant, the MPD’s women protection unit said.
The girl said her uncle sexually abused her every time her aunt was away.
The suspect was detained at the MPD detention cell on rape charges.
