MANILA, Philippines - The Unified Vehicular Volume Reduction Program (UVVRP) is lifted today, Araw ng Kagitingan, a regular holiday, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority said yesterday.
The UVVRP, also called the number coding scheme, is lifted on weekends and public holidays.
