MANILA, Philippines - The bodies of three men were found in separate areas in Mandaluyong and San Juan yesterday.

The first body was found at a vacant lot at the corner of Pines and Union streets in Barangay Ilaya, Mandaluyong at around 5:55 a.m.
Police Officer 2 Nestor Bacas said a foul odor led him to the body, dumped among piles of garbage. He described the victim as between 35 and 40 years old and clad only in denim pants.
The victim’s hands and feet were bound with metal wire.
Some five minutes later, another body was found in a garbage heap along Lopez street in Barangay Highway Hills. The victim was described to be between 35 and 40 years old and wearing a tank top and denim pants. His hands and feet were bound with metal wire that was also looped around his neck.
