3 men shot dead in Manila

MANILA, Philippines - Three heavily tattooed men were shot dead near the National Museum in Manila yesterday morning.

Police have yet to establish the victims’ real names. Investigators identified them through their aliases Michael Kabayo; Toto; and Baby Mata. They were reported to be drivers of “kuliglig” or improvised tricycles.

Their bodies were found in a pedicab along P. Burgos street at around 2:30 a.m. Investigators recovered nine spent shells, four 9mm shells, two slugs, and two metallic fragments.
