MANILA, Philippines - The body of a man believed to be a victim of summary execution was discovered in Quezon City before dawn yesterday.
PO3 Erikson Isidro said they have yet to determine the motive behind the killing of Mike Salas, 19, a resident of Manila.
Isidro said that Robert John Rurillo was walking along A. Bonifacio Avenue in Barangay NS Amoranto at 2 a.m. when he saw the victim sprawled on the street.
Salas bore multiple puncture wounds and a ligature mark around his neck, police said.
