MANILA, Philippines - A worker was found dead at the Caloocan city hall’s general services office (GSO) yesterday morning.
Several janitors cleaning the office noticed Exequiel Norbete, 53, also an employee at the GSO, lying on the floor, according to city police chief Senior Superintendent Bernard Tambaoan.
One of the janitors tried to wake Norbete but he did not respond.
Investigators said there were no signs of foul play but an investigation is still ongoing to determine the cause of Norbete’s death.
