MANILA, Philippines - Agents of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) and the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) yesterday nabbed a 53-year-old man for selling fake dollars in Manila.
Melanio Evasco was arrested in an entrapment at a shopping mall near the Manila City Hall.
The suspect yielded 200 pieces of counterfeit $ 100 bills, the NBI said.
Evasco will be charged with illegal possession and use of false treasury.
