MANILA, Philippines - Mayor Alfredo Lim lauded yesterday Manila Police District director Chief Superintendent Alejandro Gutierrez and his men for the arrest of one of the suspects in the killing of a rookie policeman last Saturday in Ermita.
Antonio Lalu was tagged as among the killers of Police Officer 1 Ryan Bagadiong of MPD Station 5.
Lim said policemen responsible for the arrest of Lalu should be given commendation.
