MANILA, Philippines - A man died after being punched in the mouth by a neighborhood toughie in Caloocan City yesterday.
Police said George Siapno, 38, was walking with a friend, Gerry Ustera, when Antonio Valdez, 36, punched him. Siapno fell head first on the pavement. He died at the Valenzuela General Hospital from fatal head injuries.
Santos said a manhunt has been launched for Valdez, who fled after the incident.
