MANILA, Philippines – A heavily tattooed man was found lying unconscious at the center island in front of Manila City Hall Sunday night.
Police Officer 3 Jay Santos said the unidentified man had lumps and bruises on the neck and head. He described the victim as between 25 and 30 years old, at least 5’6” tall, and full of tattoos, including that of the jailhouse fraternity Commando Gang.
The man was still breathing when he was discovered by a jeepney barker and a police volunteer at past 10 p.m. The victim was rushed to the Ospital ng Maynila, where he was declared dead on arrival.
Police are trying to find out the man’s identity and the circumstances surrounding his death.
