Some areas of Quezon City will have no water for 20 hours, starting at 9 p.m. on May 22 until 5 p.m. the next day.
The water service interruption is due to the installation of two 300-mm district meters at the corner of Retiro and D. Tuazon streets.
The affected barangays are San Jose, Manresa, St. Peter, Maharlika, Amoranto, Lourdes, Paang Bundok, and Salvacion.
Barangays that will have low-pressure or total water cutoff are Sta. Teresita, San Isidro Labrador, and Doña Josefa.
Affected customers are advised to store enough water for the duration of the water service interruption. They may also call Maynilad Water Hotline 126 or 436-2000.
