Police operatives recovered 15 sachets of shabu valued at around P15, 000 and an electric sealer.
Authorities also impounded a maroon Toyota Lite Ace, belived to be used in transporting shabu to dealers.
"We have been receiving reports about the operation of this group. We gathered that the illegal substance is being smuggled to Manila from Mindanao. The vehicle was being used as delivery van of the suspects," Acpal said.
Acpal said the suspects have been under police surveillance since last year.
Four of the suspects were charged in court for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Dangerous Drugs Act, while the three others were charged with obstruction of justice for allegedly trying to prevent police from arresting the drug suspects.
"Once again, we enjoin the barangay chairmen and other officials, and the community, most especially, to help us in our fight against illegal drugs," said QCPD director Senior Superintendent Magtanggol Gatdula. "With their support we will pursue cleaning the city of drug users and pushers."
