Police Community Precinct 6 Commander Victor Pagulayan was relieved after a female police officer of the womens desk of the Pasay City Police Station lodged a complaint.
The desk receives complaints and cases involving female victims.
Senior Superintendent Marietto Valerio, Pasay police chief, said Pagulayan, now detailed at the District Inspectorate Unit of the Southern Police District, was replaced by Police Inspector Joey Goforth, who was previously head of the stations intelligence department.
Valerio said the policewoman had complained of verbal sexual harassment and that Pagulayan often teased her. There was no physical contact.
However, the policewoman lodged a complaint following remarks about a month ago that she found offensive, Valerio said.
