Villar, a runaway winner for the citys lone congressional seat garnered a total of 152,940 votes compared to her rival, Roel Pulidos 11,627 votes.
Joining Villar in the winners circle are newly-proclaimed Mayor Imelda Aguilar and re-electionist Vice Mayor Louie Bustamante.
The proclamation was witnessed by the lady solons throng of supporters who guarded the canvassing of votes since day one.
An elated Villar thanked her followers and fellow Las Piñeros for a fresh mandate and a second bid in Congress. She assured the people of Las Piñas of her continued genuine public service.
"Thank you, I will do my best as your public servant as I did in my first term in Congress," Villar told a mammoth crowd of supporters.
The lady solon, likewise called on her constituents to leave their political rancor behind and start a new day of unity and cooperation.
"Now that everything is over, I call on you to extend a reuniting hand and leave all the political buzz behind. Its time to move on as one," Villar added.
Villar likewise cited authorities for a peaceful and clean local polls in her district. She said all sectors deserve the credit for the citys smooth electoral process.
