Topics to be discussed are the national drug situation and its effect on corporate productivity, RA 9165 and related letter circular and resolutions as legal basis for the implementation of a corporate drug free workplace program, the proper and legal procedure in conducting drug tests and rehabilitation campaign in Quezon Citys Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.
