Five drug pushers nabbed in Caloocan

Three elusive drug pushers, tagged by the Caloocan City police as among the 10 most wanted, and two teenagers just starting in the business fell into the hands of authorities yesterday.

Northern Police District Office (NPDO) director Chief Superintendent Marcelino Franco identified the suspects as Christopher Morales alias "Apel," 27; Racquel Hao, 26, both single, jobless, of 60 Gen. Tirona street, Bagong Barrio, and Seymour Tujan alias "Mori" 43, married, jobless, of 109 Bulacan Street, 10th Avenue, all in Caloocan City.

Morales and Hao were arrested while in the act of selling five sachets of shabu worth P500 to poseur-buyer PO3 Ramon Galvez in the first operation while Tujan was collared for possession of one sachet of the illegal drug.

In his report to Franco, Caloocan City police chief Senior Superintendent Benjardi Mantele said the two teeners were arrested by elements of Substation 1 in actual possession of dried marijuana fruiting tops.

Mantele said no bail has been recommended for the temporary liberty of Morales and Hao who were slapped with drugpushing and illegal possession of dangerous drugs. Tujan and the two teenagers were recommended to a bail bond of P200,000 each for possession. Jerry Botial, Pete Laude
