First to be arrested were 12 persons who were pasting posters of Ejercito on the walls along Don Chino Roces Avenue at around 11:30 p.m. Saturday.
The Ejercito supporters said they came from Montalban, Rizal.
At around 1:20 a.m. Sunday, 11 people, mostly youngsters, were arrested by residents of Barangay Palanan, Makati for pasting campaign posters of Puno in non-designated areas of the Commission on Elections.
Police filed vandalism charges against the arrested persons. Seventy people have so far been arrested in Makati City for the same offense. – Rainier Allan Ronda
