Victim Alfonso Pallan, a resident of 54 Calle Onse, Sapang Bakaw, Arty Subdivision in Lawang Bato, suffered gunshot wounds in the chest and forehead and died on the spot.
Police are looking for the suspect, identified as Nonito Sait, the victims neighbor, who immediately fled after the shooting.
According to reports, the incident took place at about 12:30 a.m. inside Pallans home in Lawang Bato. The victim apparently got irked after he found the suspects clothes hanging on the laundry wire outside his house.
