PO2 Bonelouie Lim, 33 of Phase 10, Package 2, Block 4, Lot 10, Bagong Silang, Caloocan, sustained multiple stab wounds. The Caloocan City Police, however, was able to arrest only one of the suspects, Willie Abad, 20 also of Bagong Silang.
The others, Ferdinand, Christopher, Valentino, and Herminio Abad are now being hunted by authorities. The killing took place at about 8:45 p.m. as the victim was walking home.
The suspects, allegedly high on drugs and intoxicated with liquor, were patiently waiting for Lim to pass a dimly lit portion of the street. Without warning, the five brothers lunged at the victim and started stabbing him. – Matthew Estabillo, Pete Laude
