CEBU, Philippines - Four men were arrested Thursday evening at a resort in barangay Maribago, Lapu-Lapu City for digging a hole that allegedly was to become a swimming pool.
After receiving complaints from residents, Task Force Kalikasan, the City Coastal Management, and the Special Operations Group of the Police Regional Office-7 went to the Blue Coral Resort to stop the digging because the resort has not secured a permit to build a swimming pool.
