CEBU, Philippines - A 32-year-old man, believed to be involved in illegal drugs, was shot four times while asleep Thursday evening inside a multicab in barangay Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City.
Ronald Aying, married, and a resident of sitio Soong 1 in barangay Mactan was immediately taken to the Mactan Doctors’ Hospital.
Police said a certain Raul Malingin, who is his neighbor, attacked Aying.
Neighbors told police when they heard gunshots they went out to investigate.
They said they saw Malingin fleeing from the multicab.
Police said both men were involved in illegal drugs.
