CEBU, Philippines - Due to a land dispute, a job order employee of the Lapu-Lapu City government was hacked in barangay Punta Engano, Cebu City several times by her brother in law who is an ex-convict.
Susan Saludaga, 52, a clean and green personnel of the Lapu-Lapu City government and a resident of sitio Kolo sustained wounds in the different parts of her body.
Exederio Lucero, 70, jobless, surrendered to chief tanod Dianito Dumaguing who turned him to the police.
Saludaga, who sustained hacks wounds on the head, on the abdomen, and arms was taken to the Mactan Doctors’ Hospital. - THE FREEMAN
