CEBU, Philippines - The police in Consolacion town yesterday discovered the lifeless body of a 14-year-old boy in a vacant lot in barangay Poblacion Oriental in Consolacion town.
Police said Joshua Salazar of barangay Tugbungan in Consolacion town was discovered hours after drinking with his friends at a nearby KTV bar.
Marks on Salazar’s neck have led the police to believe the boy was strangled.
The police, who are set to invite Salazar’s friends who were with him prior to his death, said the out-of-school boy had been involved in some petty crimes. (FREEMAN)
