MANILA, Philippines - Lartizan offers a special dinner today and Feb. 15. The meal begins with a Parmesan breadbasket with caesar salad tossed with jamon Iberico. Soup is clam chowder made with Mindanao clams served in a sourdough boule. The main course is a duet of grilled tenderloin wrapped in bacon with shiitake mushroom cream and main lobster drizzled with sun dried tomato butter, served with sugar beet risotto. Dessert is meringue swans filled with fresh strawberries and frozen orange Grand Marnier parfait in orange strawberry sauce.
