MANILA, Philippines - There was a uniform at the travel and beach-themed bridal shower of Pam Gonzales at Rustan’s Makati East Cafe and it wasn’t swimwear. Josie Natori Couture Caftans were the garb of choice of Pam’s attendants. Pam, who wed Quito Tantoco Lopez in a dreamy ceremony in Bali, set the theme to her destination nuptials. Guests went home stuffed with ginger infused salmon tartar on pumpernickel bread and curried spaghetti fritters with tomato relish, beef and onion empanadas, and Estee Lauder gift sets.
